Bio in gioco
Of mixed heritage, Xantia Gedur is the niece of former war hero
now retired public servant Commander Gedur. Her mother is a
very close relative of Manban Laremund although her family tree
within the Amarr Empire has suspiciously been blurred.
Xantia's rise began from Urban Management's interest in forming a
proxy corporation to handle 'external affairs', mainly questionable
affairs involving anything unlawful on behalf of Urban Management
but not directly by them.
Xantia, an ambitious and power hungry politician was chosen
(mainly through the military influence of her uncle) to help
administer the proxy corporation during its founding.
Codenamed 'the Alenia project' Urban Management began funding
Alenia Corporation to begin operations for them. These morally
unjust operations were carried out over several months discreetly,
ensuring no clues were left to link Urban Managements possible
involvement in them. Everything from money laundering to trading
contraband, to professional hits were carried out by Alenia
members.
Many months after the proxy corporation was formed and had
begun reaping the rewards of Urban Managements genereous
coffers, something unimaginable happened. News began to filter in
of Alenia Corporations sudden and untimely withdrawal from
mission objective areas. All information on external affairs were
stopped by orders of Xantia Gedur and many public figures within
the Alenia Corporation that had been the solid link between the
two entities suddenly disappeared.
When officially invited to return to Urban Managements HQ for a
hearing and investigation on what was going on - Xantia refused
and issued this statement via video conference:
"Alenia, the former puppet corporation of Urban Management is no
more. From today we are claiming independence, not as a splinter
corporation but as a sovereign corporation under my hand.
I need not remind any you of my ambitions, i have for too long
peddled under your bureaucracy, now we are self sufficient, we
will follow my ideals and serve no one."
The news was a shock that no one could ever have imagined. Not
wanting to risk any sort of conflict with thier stronger and now
well funded adversaries, Urban Management immediately cut all ties
with the rogue corporation and destroyed all documentation about
the Alenia project.
With the funding now fully secured, Xantia formed the 'House of
Gedur', This was little more than an administrative front for Alenia
Corporation, a single public registered office was all that existed
in which outsiders could contact her about her ideologies. The
House of Gedur was soon registered as a political party as
Xantia's true dark ambitions started to surface. Through the party
she began a tirade of expanionist propaganda, appealing to those
that had little, to rise up and take what they wanted by force.
Her ideology 'Xantism' promised wealth, power and control only
through brute military force. The ethos "Take what you want, kill
any one that gets in your way" appealed to many, especially
those that for too long had been deprived of wealth and territory.
As time went on, Xantia became more brash, arrogant and
destructive in her thinking. She wanted more resources to build
her empire...she wanted territory to realise her ambitions, she
wanted absolute power. With little more than 700 devoted
followers she bestowed herself 'Empress' of her new movement
and began building her empire dubbed "Xantia's Nation".
Corporations from all corners of EVE were attracted to her
aggressive ethos. With promises of territory, money, power and
military dominance, Xantia's Nation began to slowly gain support.
