CONCORD banned this Techology 3 Months later in fear of another Rouge Drone Breakout. The Sansha however adopted this Technology Secreatly: This Fact was denied by Scope News and Concord Officals to keep our Technology a Burried Secret. The Sansha know this but what the Carbine know is that only 1 Computer has Access to their Leader's Mind, and that Computer is on the Barren Desert World in Hek.
