[UP3] Unaligned Pilots Protection Pact

In the interested of pilots who prefer not to be bound by the requirements of an actual corp, the UP3 was created. A pact amongst pilots that if one of them was attacked, those who have also signed the pact would agree to aid in their defense.

The only joining restrictions are that you must not be a pirate and your security rating must be 0.0 or above. The virtually non existant tax (0.1%) is used only to finance new offices and pay rent on the ones we have. Otherwise we are funded entirely by donation.
