Optimized Technology, Armaments, Shielding and Security Corporation (OTASS Corp)

Mission Statement: To create and grow a corporation within the EVE universe that incorporates all capsuleer activities including roleplaying, military, and industrial careers through an organization and management structure modeled after real world corporations. OTASS Corporation is unique from other player corporations by its incorporation of all capsuleer activities, its focus on building community and a social atmosphere, and by its standard operating procedures created from several years of EVE and real world management experience.

The OTASS Corporation believes that the true strength of a corporation lies in its members, not the wealth or assets it holds. OTASS combines the resources of all its members to allow for the rapid growth of its members and their capabilities. This further works to break down many of the "greed barriers" that block capsuleers from working together.

To be an effective corporation, OTASS invests lots of time and resources into its new members through a comprehensive orientation and training program. Its goal is to make in 1 month, its members to be as knowledgeable about EVE as the average capsuleer is after 1 year.

OTASS is a pioneer of new ideas, striving to be the forerunner and role model of New Eden for all corporations.
