Milk bar drinks tips

Heaven down
Ingredients:
1/2 liter of milk
1/4 liter of brandy
1/4 liter of vanilla ice cream
50g chocolate
50g sugar

Mix the whole thing well with the mixer.
Serve in a glass with straw.


Red Queen
Ingredients:
1/2 liter of milk
1/4 liter of vodka
1/8 liter of cherry juice
1/8 liter of orange juice
1/6 liter of rum

Mix the whole thing well with the mixer.
Serve in a glass with brown sugar edge.

White Russian
Ingredients:
ice cubes (to serve)
1 cup of coffee flavored liqueur (such as Kahlua)
1/2 cup of vodka
1 1/3 cups of milk

STEP 1
Fill four glasses with ice. Mix together the liqueur and vodka, then pour over the ice.
STEP 2
Pour 1/3 cup of milk into a small glass bowl and microwave for 1 min until hot. Remove and whisk until frothy. Divide the remaining cold milk among the glasses and briefly stir. Spoon some hot milk foam over the top of each glass and serve.
