Tips:
To see the skills you can train now: Open Character page, click settings tab, select "Only show skills that I can currently train" green checks mean you can buy the book to train.
Overview tab thet shows all right click "default" tab and add tab, name tab "all" , click little white triangle - open overview settings - Filters tab - click select all button. Save current type selection as "all". Load on new tab.
After tutorials/career I suggest a few normal missions before the Sisters epic ark, to see what they are like.
Agent Finder: button on station services agents tab or people and places (alt e) agents. Set to agent level, adjust filters.
