Standing & Status
I do not accept capsuleers with negative standing and/or those who are classified as "suspects" or "criminals". Fleet members looting wrecks of other capsuleers (the "yellow" ones) whilst in the mining fleet will immediately kicked, and will be prohibited from joining any further fleet operations. The same consequences applies to any other fleet member who put the whole mining fleet at risk by inappropriate behaviour.
No SRP
There will be no "ship replacement" for losses. It is your own responsibility to properly fit your ship against potential (gangking) attacks, stay concentrated and ultimately to survive. If you need advice on how to fit your ship, please ask.
There is no "free lunch".
All capsuleers flying an Industrial Command Ship have invested >200 million of ISK in specific skills and training, and even more ISK to buy and properly fit their ship. Overall, they often invest more than 2,500,000,000 ISK before they are able to provide mining support to you. In addition, they have to buy fuel and charges to run the ship's boost and compression modules; they do all this just to support other capsuleers.
As you benefit from the pilot's investments, it would be a fair deal to share a portion of your profit with the pilot providing the support. It is a kind way of saying "thank you".
As a thumb rule of calculation, your profit gained from Orca boost is equal to almost 50% of your total mining yield. A tip of 5% whould not significantly impact your overall profit but enable the Orca pilot to make a living in New Eden as well.
(Different rules may apply to members of my Corp & Alliance)
