In-game bio
Dark Amarr
The Amarr Empire is ruled by the Emperor and the five Heirs. When the Emperor dies, these Heirs go through a set of ritual competitions to become the next Emperor.
In 22762 AD, Khanid was the Heir of one of the other five families, but he refused to acknowledge the election of the new Emperor. He also refused to commit ritual suicide, which is done by the remaining Heirs in order to keep resentments and past problems from interfering with the new ruler's regime.
Instead of being obedient and faithful, Khanid fled Amarr and set out to create his own empire. He formed the Khanid Kingdom, which is also known as the “Dark Amarr.”
