In-game bio
Hi.
You were pointed here by me so please read.
I have a disease called Freidreich's Ataxia.
Friedreich’s ataxia (FA) is a debilitating, life-shortening, degenerative neuro-muscular disorder. About one in 50,000 people in the United States have Friedreich's ataxia.
loss of coordination (ataxia) in the arms and legs
fatigue - energy deprivation and muscle loss
vision impairment, hearing loss, and slurred speech
aggressive scoliosis (curvature of the spine)
diabetes mellitus (insulin - dependent, in most cases)
a serious heart condition (enlarged heart - hypertrophic cardiomyopathy)
At the age of 19, i was told id be dead at 29.
Im now 42. i refuse to die. "MIND OVER MATTER", is what i say to myself.
Ataxia will take my life but it will never take my will to live.
