FQF is a loose military structured Corp. Ensign to Admiral. We offer ribbbons and medals for time served and actions above and beyond the call of duty at the CEO's discretion.
The only time we are strict and expect orders to be carried out without question is during fleet excersises (training) and in time of war. Normaly we don't order you to do anything. We work together out of loyalty and friendship to each other and our common goals.
Financially members must make their own way in New Eden in the pursuit of individual wealth. Mission and salvage or mine and engineer to your hearts content. If you want to gift isk to another member, it's no problem. As FQF grows we will offer Corp. perks in the form of bonuses, cost only ships and modules.
FQF will not tollerate piracy, scamming, greiving or theft. In those regards the CEO reserves the right to toss any member no matter how slight the infraction. If there is a dipute between members or a member is, or turns into an asshole the CEO will try to set things right. If he cannot settle the dispute, then the offending asshole(s) will be tossed from the Corp. Esprit de Corp will be maintained as much as humanly possible.
