[OCT-B] Octuras - Black

During the renaissance age of Octuras, an extension was created from the core foundation. The purpose was to explore unknown space and find other resources to help the core gain independance from relying on market trends for commodities it had no access to thus furthering its reach toward a monopoly. Through this ambition a special team was developed to operate outside of the laws that governed Octuras Foundation. Having to operate in secrecy and segregation from the known space you are most certainly aware of we only know them as "Octuras - Black".
