[HCYON] The Halcyon Directive

The Halcyon Initiative was originally created for the purpose of exploration and peace by Gallente Intelligence officer Reid Ardorei and Amarrian defector Captain Mep Soto. They met and became friends through circumstance and found their goals and aspirations to be similar, thus creating the corporation.

However, they both also shared a common hatred. The cruelty of the Amarrian Empire and its slave-driven operations. While their venture into exploration started off well, both in learning the ropes in Minmatar space and bringing in pilots to help their cause, they found they simply could not ignore the atrocities that were being unleashed against the Minmatar people. With this, they realized their plans for exploration could no longer be their sole objective and The Halcyon Directive was born.

Recruiting more pilots of varying talents and agendas to help their new mission, The Halcyon Directive has developed into a fighting force to aid the Minmatar Republic in its mission to clear its space of the Amarr once and for all.

While peace is always preferable, the truth must always be acknowledged. Peace is the rarest treasure of them all, and one that may never truly be found.
