Description
The Kaiser Wilhem Institute for Physical Chemistry is dedicated to exposing the dangers of boosters. Stiffer penalties will not extinguish the problem. The way to a booster free New Eden is not by way of the sword, but by way of EDUCATION!
Funded by private donations, the Institute has created a testing facility in an unknown location. This facility is dedicated to the limited production of boosters. This is a not for profit corporation. This is not to convey that we do not wish to enrich ourselves. Nay. Our payment is derived in the knowledge that one day our work will result in a drug free New Eden.
The produced boosters, while technically 'illegal', may be ocasionally shipped to various research partners. Unfortunatly due to the importance of our work we are forced to sometimes skirt the boundaries of what is generally regarded as acceptable. However, we are convinced that once our mission is clearly conveyed, in a concise and coherent manner, in a language that everyone can understand, we will be allowed to continue our work unmolested by the various law enforcment entities. This, I know.
Through experimentation we are discovering just how deadly these boosters can be first hand. One of our best test subjects, my personal cook, recently had to undergo a partial frontal lobotomy. Not to fret, his Caldari Calimari is still the best, though unfortunatly he no longer can grasp the concept of a toilet. This selfless sacrifice speaks to the dedication of our employees.
Our scientists are tirelessly compiling data in ways that some may say is unorthodox or others may call unusual. This is to be expected, be that as it may, this data once compiled will be invaluabe. That is to say one cannot simply quantify it's worth monitatily.
Due to the sensitive scope of our research, the dedication required, and the infantsy of our endeavor, we are NOT currently accepting new employees. Any resumes received will be kept on file.
