Most attempts of finding out how affiliated he is with The Border Runners, result in him stating things like "yeah, im the leader of the border runners" then laughing in an ironic form. which poses as mocking the question you state about his affiliations with the orginisation. then he will state, that he does indeed know the leader of the orginisation personaly, and can get you an in to the orginisation.
