Garlands Mining Inc. is a new or veteran player friendly Corporation dedicated to playing Eve and having fun. The Corporation has 7 ways to pay you:

1) A rank based pay that you get monthly as long as semi active within Corporation. For example a probationary member gets a base pay of 1 million ISK a month.

2) 80% of all mining Ops profits gained from mining ops gets paid directly out to the players, with all miners getting equal shares and then share amounts may be lowered based on time in Mining Op., Type ship mining in, so on and so forth. This Corporations main goal is that its members, not the Corporation, make the most Isk.

3) Donation contracts made out to the Corp. where players may mine at their own leisure and get a immediate 90% payout on refined minerals within. (You can just leave Ore, I have excellent refining skills and can do it for you). Also items from salvage or running missions is also welcome and you get an immediate 90% payout when cans run, no delay while Corp. Takes the time to sell it and has to wait.

4) Corp. Shares, for those who invest in the Corp. Will get payouts quarterly on profits it has earned for each quarter.

5) Dedicated haulers for the Corp. will receive high payouts on Courier missions for the Corp. as it is known if its not worth igt why would a player do it.

6) For those who successfully recruit a member who remains in the Corp. long enough to get off probationary status could earn you up to 25 million ISK.

7) In members hangar of assigned station each member receives a Corp. donation can which, like donation contracts, payout at 90% of value.
