Xeltier

Xeltier was born on a prison colony during the wars between the factions. She learned the trades of comunications and salvageing. While at the prison colony she was able to design a craft to escape. Now that Xeltier is free she has been learning science and industry so she can return and revenge the deaths of her parents. Xeltier has been traveling throughout the regions and has seen many deaths among her people. She has heard rumors of the up coming wars between B.O.B and the other factions. She decided to become a sleeping black widow and will strike when the time is right. In the mean time she has gather resources, building ships, and enslaving men to bid her every command.

From further investagating, Xeltier has found out that Amarr is responsible for enslaving her parents and worked them to thier deaths. Xeltier hates the Amarr people. The evidence from further investigating leads a path to the high council which gave the orders to enslave her parents.
