EVE Capital Pilot Cycle:
Obtain first capital and live in it night and day for 6 months - move capital to an NPC station and leave it sitting for 1.5 years - blow dust off it one day and lose it in a drunken battle - immediately go out and buy another capital because you can't live without having one... just in case.
