Overall, they often invest more than 2,500,000,000 ISK before they are able to provide mining support to you. In addition, they have to buy fuel and charges to run the ship's boost and compression modules; they do all this just to support other capsuleers.

As you benefit from the pilot's investments, it would be a fair deal to share a portion of your profit with the pilot providing the support. It is a kind way of saying "thank you".
