====Aggression Timer=====
The presence of the aggression timer means that you have done something to piss somebody in the EVE universe off. Mouseover the aggression timer notice to see who. If it is an NPC corporation (like Serpentis), then it doesn't mean anything. Unless the corporation in question is CONCORD, in which case you're pretty well fucked. However, if you have been stealing from another player's ore cans or wrecks then that person (and their entire corporation if they are a member of a player corp) gets a 15 minute window to beat your ass like a cheap dusty rug without CONCORD interfering with them. Be cautious before taking loot from any container that does not "belong' to you.

====Incursus vs Tristan====
So you are starting out and want to know which frigate you should upgrade to after your Velator/Atron? Well, first of all, get the idea "best" out of your head. There is no "best" in EVE. What there is in EVE is your preference and what works for your playstyle. That being said, I much prefer the Incursus over the Tristan.

Incursus:
1) Less expensive than the Tristan
2) Faster than the Tristan
3) More maneuverable than the Tristan
4) Easier to fit than the Tristan
5) Gets full bonuses to its weapon systems

The Tristan has 2 notable advantages:
1) Higher armor than the Incursus
2) Higher portential offense than the Incursus

The Tristan's armor isn't a big deal. The lower damage the Incursus takes from higher speed makes up for it. The higher offense is not free. To get it, you have to invest heavily in both the gunnery and missile trees. That's time and skillbook money split in multiple areas, making you weaker in both. Further, the Tristan gets no bonuses to its missiles.

Lastly, the Tristan might give you the erroneous impression that missiles form a large portion of Gallentean ship design theory. They don't. Few Gallente ships can use them at all, and the ones who can are pretty bad at it.

=====AGENT LOCATION=====
Open your character window, and go to "Standings", then select "Liked By". Right click one of the corporations there, and do "Show Info". The info window will have a tab for agents. Good if you have a particular corporation to work for in mind.

Or, go into your map window, go to the Star Map, and then the "Color Stars By" subtab. Expand the "My Information" category, and select "My Agents". Solar systems with agents who will s
