Moondancer Starweaver – Logistics Consultant, Togasa Iron Ring Industries

Among the Starweaver family, Moondancer remains the most enigmatic. While her siblings’ histories are known, Silvermane’s steady labor, Katia’s harsh Minmatar upbringing, and Moondancer’s past is a web of half-truths and unanswered questions. What is known is this: she raised the funds that allowed both Silvermane and Katia to ascend to capsuleer status. How she acquired that ISK, however, is a matter of speculation. Some whisper of smuggling cartels in the Gallente underworld, others of infiltration jobs in Amarrian space, still others of shadow contracts carried out for the Guristas. Moondancer never confirms, never denies.

Officially, she serves as a logistics consultant for Togasa Iron Ring Industries, structuring their fragile supply lines and advising Kim Togasa on the movement of assets into low-security space. Yet it is well known within the company that Moondancer is not an employee, nor bound by corporate loyalty. She answers only to one person: Nayia Tanaar, the ruthless financier who holds the company’s fate in her ledger. Moondancer’s presence within Togasa Iron Ring is as much surveillance as support, a reminder that Nayia’s influence runs deeper than balance sheets.

Her demeanor is unsettlingly calm, her words measured, her gaze lingering too long. In the galaxy’s countless networks of spies, smugglers, and agents-for-hire, Moondancer has carved a reputation as someone who knows too much and reveals too little. Those who deal with her often leave with the uneasy sense that she is already three moves ahead and that she has no qualms about using whatever leverage she holds.

When asked about her siblings, she simply says:

“I made them what they are. They may yet decide if that is a blessing… or a curse.”

Moondancer drifts through the galaxy like a shadow tethered to no one but Nayia Tanaar. In Togasa Iron Ring’s boardroom, her voice carries the weight of unseen creditors and hidden threats. In the darker corners of New Eden, she is known only as a name on whispered contracts. Whether she is truly loyal to her bloodline or simply ensuring a profitable investment remains a question unanswered, perhaps even to her.
