Born on September 4, YC 86, Stavius Bataivah was a child of a scholar mother and a magistrate father. Even at an early age, his curiosity for distance stars and discovering the undiscovered overwhelmed him. After completing his mandatory education he then started his advanced lessons at Imperial Academy. He knew traveling to uncharted space would not be a cakewalk so at first, he focused on studying how to fly any Amarrian ship at its best and to operate all essential starship systems with maximum effect, should any threat emerges. After completing his training to be a competent Amarrian pilot he knew it was time to start training how to explore and unearth the mysteries residing in long-abandoned places. He took extensive classes in this regard and after years of education, he finally acquired all the certificates to be an accomplished explorer. After a few dozens of successful expeditions to uncharted space, he grew fascinated about each new planet he gazed upon. Because of this, Stavius decided to study on colonizing planets with fully automated systems. With the help of his mentors at Royal Imperial Academy, he finished his planetary governing training nearly in a year. With his new abilities and recommendations from his mentors, Empress Jamyl rewarded Stavius with official permission to colonize planets in uncharted space in the name of the Amarr Empire. In the following years, he launched hundreds of expeditions to uncharted space, returning back with enormous wealth. Soon after his return to Amarr, his home planet, his grandmother, who means everything for him, passed away. Because of this, he wanted to settle down to a new place, leaving all bitter memories behind and build a place to call home; so he decided to undergo a colonization effort and began his career as an explorer-governer. Nowadays Stavius is working hard and putting his training to good use, all in hopes to achieve his dreams and to fulfill his vows to his Empress.
