Hi, I buy a lot of plex.

My bounty is high because I pvp a lot - bounties in Eve only mean that if I die, people get extra money paid out by the people who placed the bounty. It doesn't mean I'm a criminal or anything; that's controlled by security status. A security status of -0.5 or lower is for criminals. As you can see, my security status is 0.1. Yours is probably 0.0 as a new player.
