'Landlords' are evil factions who charge Eve players rent merely to exist. Their oppressive renting schemes inflict misery upon weaker pilots, suppressing the total number of active pilots in the game, hurting the game. Landlords are inherently evil, and unnecessary.

Yokai are anti-landlord crusaders. We fly to kill landlords, and the 'zombies' that unwittingly support them.
