Cara Weaver

First awoken in New Eden on 18/06/2016, Cara roamed around space dazed and confused before for reasons only known to her puppeteer, she promptly jumped back into her stasis chamber and slept until March 2020. Once again awoken by her puppeteer Cara has now embarked on a new life in New Eden…..

Cara’s history: Cara has lived many lives in various realities the most notable, in her own opinion being: The Mage; Cara FireWeaver in EverQuest (Vazaelle) and WoW (Aggramar).

Cara’s persona is a strange mixture of “Smartass”, “Carebear” and “Werebear” (Link for Werebear: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WereBear). In other words, she tries to be friendly but bites if she perceives idiocy or worse, malice being inflicted on others.

Cara’s puppeteer:
Cara’s puppeteer is an ageing gamer who grew up with the advent of personnel computing and has been online in one form or another since the early 1980’s. He can normally be found tinkering with electronics, computers, computer networks and programming languages, and has so far managed to make a decent living from this.
Hailing from Scotland, like many of his generations countrymen he developed a left of centre world view forged in the political upheavals of the UK in the 1970’s/80’s; this commonly finds him siding for the underdog when they face inequality, be that racial, political or financial. Frequently arguing against hard-nosed libertarianism and unchecked capitalism but equally against extreme communism. Trying to hold the centre ground is a near impossible and at times hypocritical position; the irony of which is not lost on the bearer. It is his belief that the primary right of a human being is to live life as they see fit, however this does not give them the right to inflict misery on others to achieve their goals.
