Members can just ignore every other member including leader
Members can team up for mining operations,manufacturing causes,or stalking,ganking or whatever thay want.We will take the responsibility of every action with pride.
If you take a responsibility to another member please make it happen or dont do it.
I accept complaints from one member about another but this is as far as it goes.No taking fast final decisions.

Finally:The final goal is to make 1,2 or 3 good EVE virtual friends (it doesnt have to conclude the leader i am just an executing organ) because after all i dont believe you can make more reliable friends(if you succed you can make EVE maybe mention you in the news everyday for your deeds or maybe stay behind others deeds while you control the world but why would you wanna do this?Is there an end in this game?Is there a top?)
