* ...any capsuleer that is independent but looking to make some extra ISK tending corporate sell orders. This could be Minmatar or Gallente mission runners (we have a 0% tax rate), alts of friendly 0.0 or pirate corporations, solo traders, or independent miners.
* ...Inventors and manufacturers focusing on Minmatar, Caldari, or Amarr technologies.
