The United Gangster Disciples conduct business throughout Empire, and the lawless regions outside of Concord control. Empress Jamyl Sarum's slave release program set the stage for the Gangster Disciple movement. Where inturn Gangster Disciples then "encouraged" the newly registered citizens, former slaves, and pod pilots to join their cause. The United Gangster Disciples unite with allied pirate gangs, under the guise of The Thukker Tribe, and various wanted and outlaw criminals. The Consolidated Cooperation and Relations Command (CONCORD) on occasion assist The Directive Enforcement Department (DED) in apprehending known criminals who are active members of The United Gangster Disciples. Members of The United Gangster Disciples are recognized and well known to be involved in large scale drug trafficking, pod killings, convoy robbery, massive suicide bombings, courier scams, contract fraud, prostitution, can flipping, and corp theft.
