CRTM is a multi-faceted team oriented group. We participate in every aspect of the game from industrial to PvP.

We are looking for active pilots in all time zones. Whether you are a seasoned PvP or PvE pilot, a T3 manufacturer, or a new player looking for help understanding the game, CRTM has plenty to offer:

√ Exploration & Wormhole Ops
√ Missions, levels 1-5
√ PvP Roaming
√ Mining

Barriers to joining us are low, though we do have a few requirements:

**Team attitude: If you'd rather solo lvl 4s than take a few guys along because it makes you more isk, CRTM is not for you.
**Maturity: We don't want whining, infighting, or backstabbing. Disrespecting corp mates is not tolerated.
**Mumble: Working as a team is much easier on a voice server
**Limited API Key upon request - we will not always ask, but in some cases we need to know.

Our Goals

Because we take on so many aspects of the game, our primary goal is simply to be the best we can be at what we are doing at any given moment. To that end, our corporation evolves as we gain new skills, new players, or the resources to explore a new facet of the game previously unavailable to us. We strive to help all of our members succeed by any means we can.

Our Plan

The plan is simple: work as a team. Eve is designed as a team game and success on a large scale can not be gained without it. We encourage our members to fly solo as little as possible.

Our Leadership

CRTM is run on the philosophy that every member should have a voice, but ultimately someone needs to be a decision maker. We are effectively a dictatorship, but we do listen to our members ideas and concerns.
