Our goal is to form a well rounded corporation PVE, PVP, Mining, Manufacturing and Science. Please see Corporate rules Below.
We have a set of rules in place so that the corporation stays organized and performs its operations effienctly and allowing all of it members to fly as safely in our designated territories as possible.
If you are interested in joining a well organized and freindly corporation then this is the corporation for you.
All members that apply for this corporation must agree to these rules and abide by them at all times not doing so can lead to the termination of your character in the Winged Servants Corporation.
1. 1/7 of all members game time must be devoted to corp operations. In return they recieve coporate insured ships.
2. 2/7 of all members game time will be devoted to corp when in war time.
3. If a member requires assistance when performing a corporate operation any members online must respond to assist as soon as possible.
4. All members must operate in the designated corpation regions.
5. We plan to be a huge force in EVE so participation is key to the success of the coporation and all it's members.
6. For each member a member recruits they will recieve 10mil isk and then recieve another 25mil per month that character stays with the corporation up to 3 months.
7. Member payouts of 10% of the corporations total income will be completed on the 1st of every month as a dividends payout.
7A. Any and all members will recieve 1 share of corporation stock per 1 mil skill points they have accured. You must however notify Wylim of the change each month before the 1st.
7B. Directors of the corporation will recieve 100 shares of corporate stock + there member benefit.
7C. Fleet Commander's will recieve 50 shares of corporate stock + there member benefit.
7D. Wing Commander's will recieve 25 shares of corporate stock + there member benefit.
7E. Squad Commander's will recieve 10 shares of corporate stock + there member benefit.
8. If a member is having difficulties with another member this should be brought up through the chain of command starting with squard commander, wing commander, fleet commander, director and then finally the CEO.
8A. All matters of this sort will be reocrded for future reference.
8B. Members can and will possibly suffer immediate termination if too many complaints have been logged or if the complaint is severe.
8C. Depending on the severity of the complaint it is up to the person that recieved the complaint.
8D. Depending on the severity of the complaint it is up to the person that recieved the complaint to issue a decision or push it up the ladder for further review.
9. Political stance towards neutral and negative standing corporations:
9a. All neutral corporations are fair game for pvp engagements however if it is found you are engaging industrial ships or mining barges this can and will lead to your labeling as a pirate and immediate expulsion from the corporation.
9b. All negative corporation are completly fair game and kill on site so have fun and enjoy yourselves.
9c. For every negative standing corpoation kill mail recieved you will enturn recieve 10mil isk plus whaever loot you find of course.
