Recruiting officer: Jean Plantagnet
Interview required in order to join.

PKM is a new, highly organized corporation, run by intelligent and experienced eve players and participates in all activities. PKM has a unique approach to the member/corporation relationship.

We believe that the strength of a corporation is in the wealth of its players. To accomplish this, rather than rely on taxing npc bounties and mission rewards, which is viewed as unfair to many players and unreliable for growing a corporation, PKM taxes its members a set amount each month.

This allows PKM to maintain a large infrastructure for its members such as player owned starbases and a blueprint collection.

The tax is kept at 0% and all members are trained in the best ways to make ISK.

To keep this corporation fun and to make you want to log on everday, PKM has special activity directors. These are experienced players who are compensated to take the time organizing ops, teaching and building a stronger community and relationships between players.

Statement from CEO Jean Plantagnet:
"My leadership philosophy is that I can only really expect 2 things from all players:

1.They'd do whatever makes them happy.
2. They'll do whatever makes them the most isk.

Group ops are difficult to organize, however some time contribution to "the corp" is a necessity to afford bills, POSes, new ship bpo's, etc. That's why i have the monthly tax as the only mandatory obligation all players have in the corporation.

You spend time earning isk. By contributing isk you contribute your time, except this way it's friendly to your schedule and you can earn the isk by whatever means you desire.

We have very few group operations that are run by "the corp." Most group ops are started by your regular corp member. I'm a manufacturer. I've got an orca and 2 alts in hulks. Still, it's not enough minerals a day to operate so I hire other people in the corp to mine with me. I pay them market prices and they get orca bonuses. I get minerals from miners filling my buy orders. It's not an operation "for the corporation" but I do sell my goods on the market in areas where corp and alliance members operate.

In my opinion, nothing is faster in handling logistics for a player corporation than the player driven market. You are not dependent on somebody else logging on like you are in other corps that run "corp ops."

You own the time you put into the game. The corp just requires 1 million isk/day(collected all at once at the end of each month as 30 mil, characters under 3 months old are exempt).

Wealthy players are happy players and happy players log in more and earn more. If they have lots of money then they can afford better ships and equipment, manufacture more, buy more blueprints, and buy expensive skillbooks and implants. That is how this corp grows stronger."
