- 5m SP ( Lower accepted if you are well versed in eve )
- Determination
- Will to Suceed
- Good English on Coms ( I know my spelling sucks sometimes my keyboard hates me )
- A great sense of humour
- A good knowledge of Eve online and its mechanics
