I am not recruiting. I used to recruit before I became wiser. I would buy ships for noobs. I would take noobs on missions. I would spend time training noobs. I would buy them skillbooks even. Then when they were no longer noobs, they would leave for more exciting opportunities.
Now I am wiser and I spend my time on me. I do what I want to do when I want to do it.
