Originally a radical movement formed after the water-freighter 'Kairiola' killed thousands of Gallente civilians in 23155 on Gallente Prime, The BRS today is only a shadow of its former self. In truth only its Gallente belief of welcoming outsiders with open arms exists as one of its core founding beliefs.

Ousted by the Gallente Federation for worsening already low Gallente-Caldari relations after the first war, the Blood Ravens, eager to find purpose outside Empire Space, gather their corporate might and assets to prepare to embrace the unkown and lawless space of 0.0. There they hope to thrive and eventually extend business prospects into areas under the lax CONCORD jurisdiction in low security space.
