Vegabond One, an old idea remade, is a newly reborn corporation primarily interested in the education, experience and defense of its members. Applying hierarchial principles on top of the previous purpose of Vegabond Six's interest of mutual co-operation and New Eden Mining Organisation's policy on independent mining, Vegabond One derives its authority from a singular CEO 'only', and bases its power to change anything from the members that exist within it. There must only ever be one authority contained by the law and rights he/she builds for the corporation, and members that provide the CEO the power to change said law and mobilise the corporation when necessary. The committment of the CEO, or those the CEO appoints is always to provide education and skills; room to improve and the protection necessary for all in the corporation to play EVE.

Together, this balance of power allows for the stability of the corporation, while providing its members the autonomy to do as they please without jepardising the interests of all. This also means Vegabond does not seek major expansion, and will only maintain a certain number of active members at any given time. Non-interference and transparency unless necessary is a fundamental core of our ideology and can not nor will not be changed.

Note: Vegabond does not engage in mandatory operations for CEO or appointee gain, piracy, ganking, the unprovoked attack/declaration of wars nor engage in relations with those who do so. We are an independent corporation of individuals for mutual interest. Period.
