The Monastery is an open-recruitment corporation:
* Non-members of the Brigade may join in order to donate to the Brigade or increase their prospects of joining
* Monastery members may be granted the ability to approve recruitment applications by Brigade leadership
* Monastery members are expected to follow Brigade rules and policies (perPenny Brigade and www.pennybrigade.com )
* Because the Brigade has limited means by which to regulate the actions and conduct of Monastery members (which may include non-members of the Brigade), actions taken by members of the Monastery do not constitute or reflect any action or diplomacy taken by any member or leader of the Penny Brigade.
