Many Systems. One Union. Your Time, Your Terms.
Founded in the historic Iyen-Oursta system, the United Systems of Iyen-Orusta (USIO) (we spell it differently to show our independence) is an independent industrial and economic union dedicated to cooperation, prosperity, and the freedom of every capsuleer to pursue their own path.
Our operations focus on three pillars: Mining, Industry, and PvE. Whether you're extracting ore from asteroid belts, manufacturing ships, running missions, or simply enjoying the quieter corners of New Eden, you'll find a place among us.
OUR PRINCIPLES
- Real Life First: No mandatory activity, attendance requirements, or pressure to log in.
- No Mandatory Voice Comms: No microphones, Discord, or outside communication services required. In-game chat is enough.
- Freedom to Fly: Participate in corporation activities when you want, or pursue your own ventures.
- Open Membership: Alpha and Omega capsuleers are welcome, from first-day rookies to seasoned veterans.
- Mutual Prosperity: Voluntary mining fleets, industrial cooperation, and resource buyback programs help members prosper together.
- Respect Above All: No unnecessary drama, elitism, or pressure to play a particular way.
OUR MISSION
To build a self-sustaining industrial community that provides independent capsuleers with the economic opportunities and collective support of a larger organization, without sacrificing their personal freedom.
We do not measure loyalty in hours logged, ships flown, or ISK contributed. Membership is voluntary, participation is encouraged, and real life always comes first.
The Union exists to serve its pilots, not the other way around.
