Three battles in one afternoon
According to the killboard battle reports on eve-kill, all three Perrigen Falls fights took place between 14:40 and 16:00 EVE time on 3 October. None of them had a titan or supercarrier loss.
FLK-LJ (14:40–15:50, 1h10m): 79 ships lost, 9.06 billion ISK destroyed, 311 characters from 16 alliances. Siege Green. (27 kills, 19 losses) and Celestial Palace. (13 kills, 11 losses) faced HOLD MY PROBS (22 kills, 32 losses), Legion of xXDEATHXx, Fraternity. (4 kills, 10 losses) and others. The most expensive losses were a Typhoon Fleet Issue (626 million ISK), a Huginn (582 million) and two Claymores. Both sides destroyed roughly the same value (4.28 vs 4.78 billion ISK), so on ISK it was close.
RZ3O-K (15:25–15:55, 30 min): 64 ships lost, 5.07 billion ISK destroyed, 14 alliances. This one was lopsided: the Celestial Palace side lost 52 ships (3.84 billion ISK) and killed 12 (1.23 billion). Siberian Squads shows 47 of those losses, with 5 kills. On the other side HOLD MY PROBS (26 kills), Legion of xXDEATHXx (16 kills, 1 loss) and Fraternity. (7 kills, no losses) did most of the work. Note that RZ3O-K is one of the systems Celestial Palace upgraded on 26 September, according to DOTLAN.
4F9Y-3 (15:35–16:00, 25 min): 38 ships lost, 5.86 billion ISK destroyed (the battle page's total; side totals add up to roughly 5.9 billion). Here Fraternity. (24 kills, 7 losses, 3.74 billion ISK) beat Siberian Squads (8 kills, 22 losses), with Test Alliance Please Ignore and Banderlogs Alliance also listed on Fraternity's side. The two most expensive losses were Typhoon Fleet Issues at about 897 million ISK each.
Taken together, the Celestial Palace / Siege Green / Siberian Squads side came out ahead on ship count in the first (41 kills to 31 losses, near-even in ISK) and lost the second and third by wide margins, though the exact sides and ship counts are as reported by the killboard and may shift as the data is refreshed.
Who is Celestial Palace?
DOTLAN lists Celestial Palace. as an alliance founded on 5 August 2026, with 3,232 pilots in 8 corporations and 45 systems under its control as of 3 October. Its event feed for Perrigen Falls is made almost entirely of upgrades and transfers between holding corporations rather than sovereignty captures: on 17 September, systems moved from Dawn's LightP to Celestial Palace Holding, and the alliance has upgraded dozens of systems from level 2 to 3 since (the latest on 3 October: SY-OLX, IU-E9T and O-QKSM). On 2 October the holding corporation's tax rate went from 0 to 10, and its CEO changed hands (Luminous Aya resigned, Kampas Kaala Sotken was appointed). We do not know the reason from the data alone.
The Siberian Squads angle
Our earlier piece followed Siberian Squads losing every sovereign system in Deklein and The Spire. Today's reports show the alliance still fielding fleets, now in Perrigen Falls alongside Celestial Palace. At 4F9Y-3 it lost 22 ships and at RZ3O-K 47, per the killboard. Whether it has relocated, is a mercenary-style ally or something else is not stated in the sources, so we will not guess.
Fraternity: Tenal expansion and a rout in Geminate
On the other side, Fraternity. is the biggest name: DOTLAN shows 53,874 pilots and 343 systems (page snapshot from about 30 September, so numbers may have moved). Its feed shows 14 Tenal systems gained on 26 September, in two waves at 13:14 and 14:14.
On 3 October in Geminate, at LX-ZOJ (13:20–13:35), eve-kill reports Fraternity. killing 66 ships (10.41 billion ISK) for 8 losses (1.94 billion), against Goonswarm Federation, which lost 61 ships (10.24 billion). That battle alone destroyed 12.18 billion ISK, the highest total among the major fights we checked that day. The Nightmare (1.54 billion ISK) was the most expensive loss. No capital or titan appears in the report.
Other things worth watching
J5A-IX, Fountain (12:30–12:35): 28 ships and 11.70 billion ISK destroyed in five minutes, with The Initiative. the only alliance listed. The top loss was a Lif at about 7.6 billion ISK, with a capsule at 3.65 billion.
Weekly movement (DOTLAN): The Initiative. +963, Pandemic Legion −926, Dracarys. +747, Warriors of the Blood God −405, Fraternity. +294. The page does not label the column, so treat it as a member-count swing.
What it means
Perrigen Falls is an Outlaw region (per DOTLAN), and three separate fights in less than 90 minutes suggest more than a skirmish. But it is too early to call it a war: the sovereignty feeds we could read show upgrades rather than flips in the region, and the sources do not say why the fights started. We will update this story when the next sovereignty changes or battle reports confirm a direction.
