In-game bio
Skycrawler did not choose her name to honor the stars. She chose it because she intends to crawl over the wreckage of anyone who underestimates her. Born into the proud and supercilious True Amarr bloodline within the Empire, Luke was raised on a diet of ancient traditions and intense arrogance. Her people view themselves as the rightful rulers of New Eden. To the rest of the galaxy, however, they are seen as tyrannical and cruel. But Luke’s generation was born into a fractured reality. She grew up in the shadow of two massive cultural traumas: The Jovian Disaster: The day the mysterious Jovian Directorate crushed the Amarr Navy. The Minmatar Uprising: The slave rebellion that followed, stealing away millions of imperial subjects. This double failure left an indelible mark on Luke. While the older imperial elite engaged in endless political philosophy and policy changes to mask their shame, Luke grew disgusted by the talking. She didn't want to debate Amarr’s destiny. She wanted to enforce it. To prove her worth, Luke entered the prestigious Imperial Academy. It was a brutal testing ground designed to mold the next generation of space capsuleers. The Core Studies Luke mastered was the art of Amarr warfare. She learned to command massive ships, manipulate powerful laser weaponry, and weaponize the holy scriptures to justify conquest. The Realization While she excelled at tactics, she despised the rigid bureaucracy of the Empire. The imperial elite were too cautious, paralyzed by the fear of repeating their past mistakes. Upon graduation, Luke refused to take the traditional oaths of blind loyalty to a stagnant throne. She realized that the only way to truly restore her people's honor was through absolute, unrestricted freedom. She took her capsuleer implants and left imperial space. Today, Luke Skycrawler operates in the lawless shadows of New Eden as a high-tier mercenary. She views every contract as a mathematical equation of risk versus profit. The True Amarrian Ideology: She maintains her cultural arrogance. She refuses to work for Minmatar rebels, viewing them as property out of place. Luke sells her lethal skills to the highest bidder, whether it is a null-sec alliance needing an elite dreadnought pilot or a corporation looking to eliminate a rival. She crawls across the cosmos, building her own empire of ISK and blood, waiting for the day the True Amarrians rise to claim the galaxy once again.
