EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Ameline Oiritsuu stands at the inception of Omega Industrial Group — not as its CEO or commander, but as its architect. She is the anomaly at the heart of Caldari perfection: a woman of Amarrian birth who turned away from faith, privilege, and empire to build a machine of discipline and purpose within the State.

Her motives remain opaque. Her allegiance, unwavering. Her influence, absolute.

Oiritsuu is the silent foundation upon which Sob Echo built his grand design and Inota Penken forged his unbreakable order. Together, they form the Triumvirate of the Forge — Mind, Hand, and Hammer — with Oiritsuu as the unseen architect binding both into function.

Where Sob Echo designed structure, and Penken commanded its motion, Ameline created the space for both to exist.

I. ORIGINS – THE AMARRIAN EXILE

Birthplace: Amarr Prime, Imperial District 9-C
Lineage: Unverified – rumored kinship to a minor noble line of the Oiritsuu Family, exiled YC113.
Education: Hedion University (Political Theology, Disciplinary Philosophy)
Known Events: Disappearance YC115 after denouncing the Theology Council in a restricted symposium titled “Faith Without Function.”

No official records detail her exile. Caldari diplomatic files reference an Amarrian defector granted asylum through the Kaalakiota Exchange Program, though the name was redacted.

What little evidence remains paints a woman who rejected divine hierarchy not out of rebellion, but inefficiency.
She found Amarr’s religion stagnant — worship without yield.
The Caldari State, in contrast, offered her a form of faith she could believe in: one measured in precision, discipline, and production.

“I left gods behind,” she once said. “But I found order — and that is the truest divinity of all.”
