Join Haulers Channel to advertise courier contracts.
If you have loot to sell, consider checking Highsec Buyback, it may be better a solution for you than waiting that your items get moved to a market hub.

"Help! How much I should reward my public courier contracts with?"
Use this rule of thumb - though it's not precision science:
1 mil reward / 1 bil collateral / highsec jump (x2 freighter or lowsec)
You may want to optimize the cost/waiting when the pickup or destination points are away from main trade hubs, by keeping interhub jumps at a lower rate:
Pickup --x jumps-> Trade Hub A --y jumps-> Trade Hub B --z jumps-> Delivery
Don't forget to configure Route Settings appropriately when setting up a courier contract to have the right number of jumps displayed in your client.
If you'd like to reward fast delivery, you may want to say it in the contract additional information, by stating until what date and time of delivery the bonus could be earned. Tips are always very appreciated.
