The actions of ~quant~ are expressed in the concept of wu wei: The most submissive thing in the world can ride roughshod over the most unyeilding in the world - that which is without substance entering that which has no gaps. The concept of wu wei may appear to some as "doing nothing." On the contrary... it is defined by "taking no action that is not in accordance with nature." If you imagine Water flowing down a mountain... The water does not move consciously... There is no obstacle no matter how steadfast or unyeilding that can stand in it's way. Eventually the water droplets will flow together as one and penetrate and overcome any obstacle along it's path.
