Basically, what i'll be doing for your first week is keep you in our public recruit channel to gauge your character, suggest training regimens, attribute remapping, 'home system' setting, implants, jump clones, ship fittings, free refining of ore/ice, tailored overview profiles, and answer your probably endless questions patiently.
All of this help is aided by you submitting a full, temporary API key (which i will send you the link and instruction for a specialized key)
We will refine your ore/ice with zero waste/tax at no charge, but you will be responsible for dealing with the end product (albiet with suggestions how to best utilize such)
You will be quickly introduced to different aspects of eve that you can handle yourself with minimal training and investment (exploration, missions, low sec pvp if you wish, planetary management, merchant trading, siphon thievery, etc)
Our long term corporate goal is to become the premier mining team in eve's Fua constellation.
I am not interesting in hiring hard core missioners, incursion runners, wormholers, mercenaries/escorts.
I will not subject you to ore buy back programs that demand a cut, nor deployments away from our 'home' constellations centered around Fua.
