Description
TLDR:
Lowsec/wormhole corp interested in explo, PvE, mining, PI, industry and more. Newbfriendly, zero tax company with free starter corp-fits. Mainly active in the evenings EU time and more on the weekends. Open to recruits, but not intended to blob, we filter candidates by their willingness to learn and overall effect on our group. Public CKII chat is here.
The RP version:
The Castaway Kin Industry Initiative was founded by amarr outcasts who grew tired of the faction wars in lowsec, and found themselves in the hostile environment of Tanidia, a wormhole at the edge of New Eden. Striving to conquer it for themselves, they established a decent industry there.
Being a small, but well organized corporation, they accepted newcomers and started to grow, but never forgot their roots, and their main goal: to earn their living while having fun, and a friendly athmosphere. They offer a nice and cozy wormhole with exploration, PvE, mining, PI, industry, trade, and limited PvP opportunities, a good community in their chatrooms and discord. If sufficient in numbers, corp fleets are up for either a good hunt or some PvE for a decent income. They sport a newbro friendly roller squad and the ability to defend, and help each other out, when needed.
Constant activity is not strictly required, we accept that RL comes first, but we aren't exactly casual players either.
We have a few experts in multiple aspects of the game who are willing to give good tips and free corp fits to newbs to get them started. Nobody is forced to pick one role and stuck in it forever, feel free to try out new things! We only offer friendship and take friendship in return, suffering no fools. Taxes are at zero, a corp that can’t afford its fuel bill without draining its recruits is no corp at all.
If interested in more PvP we also have close ties to faction warfare corps, setting your more adventerous alts up with them is a possibility, and you can support those characters from us easily. Our goal is to have fun and make some easy isk. Feel free to contact our CEO and apply, but you have to prove yourself first!
