Pilots are expected to be self-sufficient, they should know how to provide their income to afford their lifestyle. Training is provided to those who are new. They will be given a two month grace period in order to learn the ropes. A pilot is expected to log in once every two weeks. Longer than this requires coordination with managers.

Pilots are expected to field resource processing vessels along with combat oriented vessels. A pilot must know how to handle themself in all situations. A pilot must work towards the two pillars: resource gathering and combat. How they choose to do this is up to them.

We will field kitchen sink fleets for combat, and agreed coordinated compositions.
