His true name being lost to time, The Planetary Ravager, as he is now known, seems on the outside to be a quiet, calm and relatively unassuming fellow. Below the surface seethes a ravenous madman wanted in multiple regions as a mass murderer and suspected war criminal. He wasn't always like this, as one of the captains of a vessel that participated in the carpet bombing of Caldari Prime he acquired a taste for violence on a truly cosmic scale. He has since committed numerous atrocities but never left behind enough proof for CONCORD or the Justice Departments of the empires to make charges stick. Despite appearances he is widely known to be a highly dangerous and erratic individual and should never be underestimated.
