[ELYC] The Elysium Council

The Elysium Council is a neutral, non-profit, player driven initiative that bestows awards to pilots for their exceptional skill in pvp combat.

The Council hands out 3 awards as follows,

The White Star of Amara - Awarded to pilots with 1,000 solo kills

The Grace of Amara - Awarded to pilots with 500 solo kills

The Justice of Amara - Awarded to pilots with 5,000 kills in fleet combat

To claim your decoration, evemail Yoshi Sinn, apply to join The Elysium Council for the ceremony, an invitation to join will be then sent - once awarded, you may depart (your decoration will forever remain). Please make sure you are ready to rejoin your previous corp.

The Elysium Council was backed and founded by one of New Eden's earliest and well loved Empress, Amara the Just. Draped in celestial light, Amara believed that true glory transcended mere might and wealth. She championed the Council, seeing them not just as eternal record keepers, but as guardians of virtue, valor, and bravery in a galaxy embroiled in conflict.

Though shrouded in mystery, tales of the council persisted. In the fires of conquest, the council served as a beacon of honor, reminding even the bloodiest warlords that valor transcended bloodshed. In times of exploration, the council guided courageous pioneers into uncharted regions, rewarding their discoveries with whispers of Elysium's embrace.

Generations passed, empires rose and fell, and the whispers themselves began to fade. Doubts crept in – was the Elysium Council merely a myth, a bedtime story for weary capsuleers? Yet, whenever New Eden teetered on the brink of chaos, a champion would emerge, their deeds echoing the very values the council embodied. Finally, within a dormant stargate pulsing with ethereal energy, they unearthed the truth.

The Elysium Council wasn't a physical location, but an ideal, a network of consciousnesses woven into the fabric of New Eden itself. Composed of legendary capsuleers who transcended mortality, they observed, judged, and guided, their whispers carried on the winds of fate.

Thus, The Elysium Council was reborn. No longer cloaked in secrecy, they emerged as a beacon of hope and inspiration, awarding worthy pilots not with physical passage to an unknown paradise, but with recognition, respect, and the knowledge that their deeds were etched in the annals of New Eden's eternal memory.
