Formed in the aftermath of the Vigilant Dream and the Drifter Crisis of YC127, the Vigilant Dreamer Research Conglomerate was created by an "Awakened" Drifter entity, who has made it their sole task to directly collate research and intelligence materials based on the Drifter Crisis, as well as the surrounding events involving the Drifters and Sleeper technology.
