They pretend to be normal, but there is something wrong.

Anger and fighting, alcohol and dope.
The war was still raging, hidden deep inside.
The horrors and killing, the pain he would hide.
There were no signs, no one had a clue.
That you were hurting so bad, and what you would do.
You went to the office, and locked the door.
You pulled the trigger, your pain was no more.
The hole in our family, the loss that we feel.
They say it gets better, with time we will heal.
