'The Haven' was renounced then as 'The Vigor Collective ' and locals soon fled from the Serpentis Faction to shield underneath The Vigor Navy.
Current reports show increasing signs of Vigor Pirate presence in Low Security due to Navy Recruitment.
Members of The Vigor Collective are consistent in defense, and are classified as NBSI (Not Blue, Shoot it) in Low Security and Null Security space.
