The Vigor Collective was formed when Pilot 'Michael Pergkk' was condemned to Null Security by CONCORD Amendment A467S-003-01 for the trade of Class A,B and X Controlled Boosters and Toxic Narcotics,
Michael Pergkk fled from Minmatar Space through CONCORD Intervention in February YC117. Small groups of pirates and slavers joined Pergkk to form a haven and outpost for passersby in highsec.
'The Haven' was renounced then as 'The Vigor Collective' and locals soon fled from the Serpentis Faction to shield underneath The Vigor Navy.
Current reports show increasing signs of Vigor Pirate presence in Low Security due to Navy Recruitment.
Members of The Vigor Collective are consistent in defense, and are classified as NBSI (Not Blue, Shoot it) in Low Security and Null Security space.
