Ausbildung is nicht gleich Ausbildung:
Wir haben \xfcber mehrere Jahre Neulinge in EvE ausgebildet, ihnen gezeigt was es an Optionen gibt, erkl\xe4rt und geholfen. Nach einer Pause (wegen anderer bet\xe4tigung in EvE) sind wir jedoch wieder bei den neuen Spielern angelangt.
Warum?
Im laufe der Zeit mussten wir mehrfach mit ansehen wie einige (nicht alle) andere Corps neuelinge "ausbilden"... und es war erschreckend...
es wurden Dinge schlecht, falsch oder garnicht erkl\xe4rt...
Neulinge wurden sich selber \xfcberlasssen
oder einfach nur als Frischfleisch verheizt oder ausgebeutet
Darin sehen wir, neben der extremen Komplexit\xe4t des Spiels, den Hauptgrund daf\xfcr, dass so viele leute schnell wieder mit EvE aufh\xf6ren.

Wir haben viel gesehen, erlebt und gelernt. Nach teilweise mehr als einem Jahrzent kennen wir uns ganz gut aus... und wir k\xf6nnen das besser als die besagten schwarzen Schafe, die sich Ausbilding auf die Fahne schreiben aber dies nicht ersthaft umsetzen.
